July Open Studio Days and Events at Atelier Shinkai
After 3 weeks of the “Giraffes and Dogs and Meerkats: Oh My!” exhibition in June where between 50 and 80 people visited the Atelier, a few original watercolours are still available for purchase and can be viewed at the online catalogue. You can also contact me to arrange a private viewing at the atelier.
But it is time to bring some new energy into the space so I’m going to be focusing on textile work for the October month long Sumida Expo as well as planning to welcome our first guest artist for a pop up event on July 19-20. It will also be the third @silentbookclub_sumida event on July 26th - a little earlier than usual so we can go and enjoy Sumida Hanabi Festival afterwards!
