Going for Gold! #IAmRemarkable at AimB2B
It isn’t bragging if it’s based on facts and thanks to the team at AimB2B for inviting me to their team meeting which took me way over the 200 participant mark! I am now a Gold #IAmRemarkable Facilitator meaning I am now one of their most experienced facilitators globally. having delivered 24 workshops to 219 participants with a 4.8 facilitation rating. In each session, I get different takeaways as a facilitator based on what the unique blend of participants brings to the session.
1. The power of sharing accomplishments to create connection and inclusion amongst colleagues. What a practical way to build "warm and fuzzy" engagement and develop a different lens to view people through.
2. Sharing accomplishments also highlights what we value and what to bring forward into our life and think it is important for others to know.
3. High internal bars and cultural norms and expectations are often not a real reflection of how the listener is actually responding in the moment. We didn't hear any bragging, right?
