#IAmRemarkable is a global movement, reaching 550,000+ participants and fuelled by over 3,000 facilitators across 180 countries. We exist to empower everyone, including underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond, while challenging the social perception around self-promotion. At the heart of our movement is a 90 minute workshop open to everyone, hosted by global facilitators. #IAmRemarkable, created at Google in 2016 under the leadership of Anna Vainer, has evolved into a program currently overseen by Rmrkblty, a non-profit organization founded by Anna Vainer.

In this interactive session, you will participate in group discussions and exercises to increase your comfort and confidence in self-promotion.
During this 90 minute workshop we will:
● reflect on our own limiting beliefs on self-promotion.
● share data and research regarding self-promotion and bias.
● go through the main exercise to help you identify and share your achievements.
● wrap up with discussion and take home exercises.
This will be the last time this workshop is run in 2026.

Jennifer Shinkai partners with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and regional business unit heads to accelerate alignment and operational performance across matrixed, multicultural organizations. She is proud to be a Certified Gold Tier Facilitator for #IAmRemarkable and has delivered over 25 probono workshops to more than 200 participants since being trained in 2022.
Based in Japan since 1999, Jennifer has spent the last decade dedicated entirely to professional coaching and systemic team facilitation, bridging the gap between global strategy and highly localized execution. Core Areas of Corporate Impact Systems & Team Coaching: Addressing the invisible dynamics, unexpressed friction, and alignment barriers that stall matrixed regional teams. Business Unit Alignment: Partnering with specific functional departments (Sales, HR, Tech, Operations) to dissolve corporate silos and unify regional targets. Manager Acceleration: Upskilling mid-level leaders with the cross-cultural agility, resilience, and coaching capability required to lead diverse modern workforces. Outside of corporate work, Jennifer is an artist focused on sustainable textile art and has published three illustrated children’s books. She also hosts the popular podcast and YouTube channel "Ikigai with Jennifer Shinkai" and founded Make March Matter, a 400+ member community for small business owners.
